Hi, I’m Elizabeth (shows name sign – claw hand tapping on cheek)
I just finished running three parts of DBT. I am running last part of DBT, Interpersonal Effectiveness. This aims to convey your needs and maintain your integrity through the interaction and to become more aware of how your behaviour affects relationships.
There will be 8 sessions of Interpersonal Effectiveness, starting on February 21st on Wednesdays until April 10 from 5pm to around 6:30pm. You are required to register.
