Hard of Hearing Discussion Group

Are you hard of hearing? 19+?
Do you want a safe space to talk about your experiences, get ideas and skills?

This event will include topics for guided discussion as well introduce concepts and ideas related to the hard of hearing experience. Participants will be invited to connect on shared experiences and discuss respectively with each other.

Example of topics to be included:
– The similarities and differences of the hard of hearing experience
– Access needs and opportunities
– Listening fatigue and coping strategies
– Family and social relationships

This will be in spoken language.
