Fall Yoga – ASL

Yoga Group with instructor Julia Pepin
Yoga is a way to be mindful. Focus on your well being and pay attention to your body and stress.
This Yoga group is for anyone! If you use a walker or wheelchair, Julia will teach adapted poses that you can do sitting in a chair.
This group is introduction level – do not need experience with yoga. The class will be in-person at WBP office and the number of people will be limited for safe space.
Time: 4:30 to 5:30
