This workshop will show good and bad of technology on us and have an open discussion about self-care and mindfulness for balance.
What will be discussed?
– What happens in the brain when use social media, games and other apps
– Difference: Helpful vs Not helpful
– Recognize signs of too much technology use
– Impacts: physically, psychologically (mental health) and socially
How to balance?
– Self-care and balance use of technology
– Mindfulness activities and other ways to relax
– Stress reduction – not HAVE TO respond immediately
