Anxiety is an emotion and thought reaction, why? Future situations that might happen, feel fearful, overwhelmed, threatened, or worried, what if, what if, supposed it happens, can't control. Feelings of anxiety or worry is common, and these range from mild to severe. Extreme anxiety and worry is problematic because it can prevent the person from properly doing things everyday daily. There are many signs or symptoms for anxiety. Symptoms that pop up are varied: worry; thoughts running; ruminating; heart racing; breathing fast; nausea in the stomach.
