We really rely on technology a lot for enjoyment\, games\, social media etc. So this workshop goal is to discuss and understand the significant power and impact technology can have on our brains\, mental health\, wellbeing. We found some research and stats that are important to share related to this topic. Everyday we go along and use technology and don’t think about the impact on us\, so the workshop will focus on identify our use\, taking breaks and having a balance in our use of technology. We will have 2 workshops on the same topic in different locations: Victoria on Friday Sept 20th at 5pm at IDHHC. And also on Saturday September 21 at 10am in Kelowna run by Hanna.
