Mindfulness and Yoga are ways to focus on your well being and pay attention to your body and stress.
This group is introduction level – do not need experience with yoga. You need zoom access (best on computer or laptop) and floor space for yoga. Group sessions facilitated by Yoga Instructor Julia and WBP Clinician Katie.
