“Hi! I’m so excited to announce that Leonarda and I, Tara, are partnering again to provide eight (8) Self Care & Yoga group sessions on Thursdays, starting on October 15th and finishing on December 3rd. From 4:00pm – 5:30pm. All group sessions will be through Zoom. After this, please take a look at a brief introduction by Leonarda and then a brief yoga pose sample – one of the many we will learn and practice! Please email me if you’re interested. Please don’t wait to sign up as space is limited! Hope to see you soon! Thank you. Bye.”
