Hi, my name is Tara (WBP Mental Health Clinician). I am happy to announce that the WBP has collaborated with Dr. Jessica Nertomb to provide a workshop to our community through Zoom Webinar. The focus will be on Self Care During The Time Of Cornavirus (COVID- 19). The date is Wednesday, April 22nd from 2-3pm. Dr. Jessica Nertomb will focus on physical health and I, Tara, will focus on mental health. We look forward to providing this workshop and hope that you can come.
