Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for Anxiety
Thursdays (8 sessions total)
Starting Thursday, March 4th
4:00 to 5:30 pm via ZOOM
CBT is a psycho-social intervention that aims to improve mental health. During this group series, you will learn various CBT strategies & skills by using the MindShift app on your phone! You will learn how to challenge and change unhelpful thoughts & behaviours, reduce anxiety, improve emotional regulation, and use coping strategies to get through challenges. *Please contact tara.dyck@vch.ca to register by Thursday, February 25th at 4:30pm. Thank you!* ** Must be Deaf/Hard of Hearing and reside in British Columbia.**
