WELL BEING PROGRAM IS HOSTING AN ONLINE SIX-WEEK GROUP ON:
MINDFULNESS AND THE FOUR AGREEMENTS
Wednesdays (six sessions total)
Starting on Wednesday, April 14
4:30-6:00pm via Zoom
In this series, we will learn more about how to apply mindfulness to real-life experiences. We will discuss the Four Agreements book and the concepts it addresses. The goal is to get a better understanding of our emotions.
Please sign up for what will be an interesting and informative group in a casual setting. We will all learn from each other!
