Depression is a mental state where you are: sad and may cry a lot for no reason, and feel that you can not enjoy life. Depression includes thoughts, emotions and behaviours. Examples of Thoughts: negative thinking, self-criticism, and find it hard to focus. Examples of Behaviors: not doing activities you used to enjoy, not taking care of yourself, for example not showering, sleeping, not socializing with friends and family. Examples of Emotions, are feelings of: sadness, numbness, anxiety, anger.
